At Paws & Pedigrees we aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

- Standard Shipping — $4.99 on orders under $35.00

Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of shipment not the date of order. Paws & Pedigrees is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier disruptions, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Carriers We ship via major international carriers including USPS, ePacket, and other Zendrop fulfillment partners depending on your location and product availability.
Customs and Import Duties For international orders customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Paws & Pedigrees has no control over customs processes and cannot predict what charges may apply.
Multiple Item Orders If you order multiple products they may ship separately and arrive on different dates depending on supplier location and availability. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Paws & Pedigrees is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order contact us immediately at support.pawspedigree@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment fees may apply.
Missing or Lost Orders If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it please:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Check around all entry points of your property
- Wait 3 business days as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early
If your order is still missing after 3 business days contact us at support.pawspedigree@gmail.com with your order number and we will open a carrier investigation. If the package is confirmed lost we will reship or refund in full.
